Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena met with Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa at his official residence at Wijerama Mawatha today.
ccording to the Prime Minister’s Media Division, the discussion had revolved around the parliamentary sessions scheduled for the 9th of February.
The Prime Minister had drawn the Speaker’s attention on the need to conduct parliamentary sessions in keeping with health guidelines amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
